My Journey from Darkness to Light is honest and well organized. After being so engrossed with your story, it was good to go back to the table of contents and see that you followed the Denial, acceptance, etc., in the whole setup for the book. I like that. It will be helpful to the readers to go back and see what helped you in those various stages. It's great to have specific helps at the end that make a bunch of sense after reading the book.
